You can find the Kaysersberg Valley Tourist Office at the Lac Blanc resort. Its office is located in the reception building of the Lac Blanc resort and is open throughout the winter and summer seasons.
The Lac Blanc office offers a range of practical services, including free Wi-Fi access, a shop, a ticket office, advice on and booking of activities and a Bosch battery recharging service for electric-assist bicycles.
Tools available for minor bike repairs (foot pump, lubricating oil spray, set of spanners for minor repairs, set of tyre levers, patches).
